The Comments section will be unavailable from about 2am EDT until about 5am EDT according to the following message posted by my comments service provider at their website:
Comment posting will be disabled for about two to three hours…There will also be a brief period (about five minutes, perhaps longer) when the site will be offline to complete the transfer to the new servers.
This upgrade will take place really early morning around 2-3AM (Eastern US time) when traffic is at the lowest.
