I’m afraid I’m not feeling the white suit shots too much, either, but I like the close ups, especially those that show E in the fedora.

Good, the video is aesthetically appealing, and looks very high production, which is something I thought the Wait For You video did not have. Storyline is pretty lame considering it’s basically the same one from the Wait For You Video, except Elliott’s chasing the girl this time instead of waiting for her. He’s gonna need to switch up the whole basic me and a beautiful girl storyline if he has a third video, but anyway I did think it was better than the WFY video, and I like the recurrence of amazing. Hope this helps the song, since its been struggling to get off the ground.
Also if Elliott’s gonna dance in his videos that awkward swinging his arms slightly, and moving a round a little isn’t gonna cut it. His “dance moves” look really bad in the video, so get some lessons, or no dancing for you Elliott.

Jaime would have been great in the video, but sometimes it’s best for couples to not work together. She was busy working anyway.

so that girl did not look like she wanted to kiss elliott at all…and why has nobody mentioned his hair when he’s wearing that white suit?!?! Holy hell it’s all greased back and looks like a mullet. Elliott, I love you, but why must you make these decisions?
Overall, I like it but I wasn’t crazy about the white suit either.

Product in the hair is a good look for him. Really. He’s been seen in so many incarnations, I think it underscores the way his voice and tremendous taste about music has always been his hook, not some superficial pin-up image.

Sorry, the song is good but the video is just not. He does look good with the hat, but the gal is too old and much too glamorous for Elliott. It looks fakey. I wish they’d have used a pretty, natural looking girl and left the cheese out. Love is blind so I’m sure his fans will think it’s great.
I’m a big Elliott fan and think the girl is horrible, hate the white suit and agree it’s too cheesy. The part of idol fandom where you have to support everything they do 1000% is ridiculous.

One Word is now finally being played in Philippine radio stations (in popular station, Magic 89.9, at least). It won Magic’s Pick of the Week today, beating OneRepublic’s Stop and Stare.
Elliott looks pretty darn good to me in the video, but I have to agree the white outfit is awful and the girl just looks wrong. That being said, I’ve watched it ten times.LOL.
