83rd Annual Academy Award Nominations

Oscar winner Mo’Nique and Academy president Tom Sherak announced the 83rd Annual Academy Award Nominations in Los Angeles this morning

The Feb. 27 Oscar ceremony will be televised live on ABC from Hollywood’s Kodak Theatre 8 pm.

Carrie Underwood and her “There’s a Place for Us” co-writers were not nominated, despite getting a nod from the Golden Globes. The tune is the theme song from the latest Narnia film.
