Security was tight, but an intrepid Adam Lambert fan managed to get some video of his appearance at Sunday night’s 93.3 Jingle Ball appearance. Chec out the video, after the jump.
Before Adam briefly played MC at the concert, he patiently took photos with fans, who waited 2 hours in very long lines. There were so many peeps, the photos were taken in groups of 10.

Adam’s been eating Freshology meals I saw him carrying the food bag in from the car at the AMA rehearsal. It’s healthy.
I think they have no choice but to keep everyone moving I noticed at the Early Show you couldn’t peel some of the fans off him once they get him in a necklock lol.
stampsgal, thank you for finding and posting that link to Eber’s speech. Very insightful and moving–plus I loved what he said about the AMAs. What amazing parents Adam has.

Hi guys! Thanks MJ for giving me a shout out for these videos I shot! My boyfriend bought me that front row ticket so I could be as close to Adam as possible! I have some fun gossip to share…
First, I got there at 5:45 and was ASTONISHED to see the line for Adam in the Celebrity Club level meet and greet. Seriously peeps it was wrapped around the floor. It was longer than most of the lines at Disney world (to draw an analogy). The other celebs had almost no one in line to meet them. When I finally did get to meet him (right after I shot the video), I managed to stand next to him-but in front kind-of-bening my knees. I was happy for that! They said NO autographs, presents or personal interaction, but of course I ignored them LOL!! After they snapped the pic and were herding my group off, I started talking to Adam and this was our convo….
I had a red book in my hand and he asked ME if I wanted it autographed. I said, oh no this is a present for you! It was a first print hardback edition of Linda Goodman’s Love Signs (Astrology, very well known author) from 1978! Since we all know Adam loves astrology I knew he would appreciate it and he seemed excited to recieve it. Then I pulled out the details magazine and he signed his autograph on the cover. I told him I loved him, he looked into my eyes and gave me a sweet thank you! And then he gave me a GIANT hug. He really is a wonderful hugger =) All the women were looking at me like they wanted to kill me…seriously…
The radio staff was pulling me away yelling at me for stealing that extra time (he was just their cash cow) but I didnt care! It was priceless to me. I got an autograph and gave him a gift!!!
Then, they were telling me to leave but I begged the girl to let me get back in line since this was my only Christmas present and all I wanted was a solo picture with Adam and she felt the pain in my eyes and let me sneak back in line. I called my boyfriend and told him to come to the club level and get in line. They were asking if there were any people waiting in line solo, I raised my hand, they pulled me out of line and I started following them. My boyfriend had just got up there, saw me, and just followed me and the staff.
When we got to last stop before Adam they started yelling at me to “get out”! I told them they gave me permission to get back in line but they said I was not permitted to go take another picture but said my boyfriend could take a picture. He said he would give up his place for me, since it meant so much to me, pleaded with them, but they refused again. So they made me stand there while he got to walk right up to Adam and get the ONLY solo photo of the night. I was in tears still begging them and they threatened to call security or the police, i was like “Are you KIDDING me, I just want a PICTURE! This was my ENTIRE Christmas present and the ONLY reason i’m here! But…. on the positive side, I now have a picutre of Adam and my boyfriend together (the two loves of my life) standing next to each other and looking very sexy might I add
I also think it’s cool that Adam got a break from all the crazy female fans to meet a guy that was #1 attractive and #2 a big fan like us. It’s probably a rarity lol. He told Adam he was a big fan and has loved him since his first audition. Said, But I think my girlfriend is one of your biggest fans and is standing right over there so sad that they wouldnt let her take another picture with you. He looked over at me and said “can I autograph something for her? I feel so bad!” My BF got my album personalized…TO EVELYN YOU ROCK ADAM LAMBERT. Such a sweetie pie! He looked like he was frustrated with the way the radio station was treating his fans.

evelyn…what a fantastic time you had and i am soo glad you shared it with us, i felt like i was right there with you!!! i am soo jealous and i am so glad you didnt give up and got as much out of it as possible.

btw.. forgot to add, the only reason the bf got that pic solo was because the staff was too busy telling me to stay away and they were between groups of 10 so he just walked right up. He actually didnt understand until later that he was the only one who got one on one time with Adam. He figured that’s what they did for everyone and I just wanted another solo picture LOL. He didnt know that everyone else was in a group of 10 and were complete strangers.
And by crazy female fans I dont mean any of us… I’m talking about the women, like the ones who were standing in front of me in line conspiring how they could try and grope him. Said, “But we will wait until after our picture so that way we will get our picture before they shut down the meet and greet”. They were very drunk and aggressive in their manuerisms. It was very creepy and does make me worry for him a little bit!
Oh my! I’m glad it didn’t come to that.

That was absolutely the best version of that song he has done. The part where he says. It’s me I’m a Freak. the way he did the me was so amazing. He is so dynamic and an amazing performer. That was hot, beautiful, stunning, awesome, emotional, pure perfection. IMHO

Ahh – I was wondering where everyone was discussing Conan! Oh, I loved the vocal riffs he did on WWFM – more than he’s ever done before! And LOVED the glitter guitar!! And Adam looking super fine!

I wish Adam had had an interview too. OMG with Tom Arnold – that was OOC – Adam should have been doing that interview instead – that would have been PRICELESS! Epic sing off between them?

LOL…well, it was my ONLY Christmas present and since he didnt do the meet and greet in Tampa during the Idol’s tour I was really looking forward to meeting him and taking a picture with just him and not 9 random strangers. Im sure you can understand that…
Thank you guys for saying those nice things about my boyfriend! He likes to lurk here too once and a while (lol) so I wont spoil the surprise =) It will definatly make him smile if/when he sees them.
Kanadie Bonttell, this is so true. It’s difficult to explain or even understand until you’ve experienced it. When he was relaxed and interacting on the plaza at the Early Show, he really looked like a different person. I took a lot of photos, but none completely captured what I saw in person.
