The judges so obviously wanted a Gokey vs. Lambert final 2. Can you imagine how bad all of the post-Idol interviews with the two of them would have been? We probably never would have heard about the "crush" and Gokey talks too much about himself to be able to bounce comments back and forth with Adam. Really, regardless of whether Adam or Kris won, the true winners are the fans as we are the recipients of all this cute, cuddly awesomeness. Just think how lucky we got….
