AOL just posted a promotional video featuring Adam Lambert’s “Time for Miracles” and lots and lots of explosions! The song snip is longer, and the video sound quality much better than the Amazon snip, so be sure to check it out.
Adam talks about the song at the top of the clip, which leads into scenes from the movie. Shots of Adam recording the song in the studio are cut into the action. Adam gets a credit at the end of the trailer.
There’s no doubt now the producers are using the song to promote the movie. Nice for Adam.

To be fair Adam never tweeted about either single from Kris or Allison until the whole entire single was available. I am sure they both will!!! They are all friends and respect each other. (now if only that could rub off on all their fans) (I know silly talk)

I finally saw/heard it, and I LOVED it! Hearing his voice made me happy in a way that I just couldn’t explain it…It’s MAGIC! It’s Adam!
I love the song and have been humming it all day. Love, love, love it.
I think I’m jumping the gun here but personally I really do believe that Time for Miracles will do very well internationally if it’s marketed right because there’s a huge market for melodramatic power rock ballads in Asia. The chorus is really memorable, and that’s what’s important in a commercial, mass-appeal rock song, methinks.

ETA: I agree the last part of the clip he sings “us” rather than love.
Anyway, about 6 seconds of the song has the same drum & guitar build up as Aerosmith’s Armageddon song, exact note for note -but it doesn’t bother me b/c once the whole song is released there won’t be any comparisons to be made as Adam is in a league of his own, vocally.
Can’t wait for the video. This wasn’t advertised as a “sneak peek of the soundtrack’s music video”, it was just a compiled promo for the movie, so the music video could look and sound substantially different. Right??? I sincerely hope, even if they include dialogue and a scene from the movie in the beginning or even the middle of the video –that nothing takes away from Adam’s actual song. I will see the movie & they’re getting pretty big buzz, they don’t need explosions and steel whining, let us just have his vocals!!!

I have been back and forth all day playing TfM again and again and then singing it to myself as well. It is simply amazing. I really feel we are totally being teased here. I am confident that the complete song will REALLY blow us away. We will get all the build up, the crescendo (sp), the glory notes, the emotion. When Adam says he’s gonna touch our hearts…he ain’t messin around. I cried the first time I played the clip…I can’t imagine how I will feel in the theater experiencing the entire song in Dolby surround sound….holy crap!!!!! I think back to how many times I have cried; first just watching him perform on Idol, then afterwards downloading the studio recordings and listening to them on my iPod, some of his performances on Vid from the tour and then in person when he came to Florida. Now a brief clip like this can bring me to tears…..stunning vocal ability and an incredible heart and soul. More please! Nuf said for now.
I’ve been out of town, without internet access (*gasp*), for almost 30 hours, and I am so happy to have returned to such exciting news!! I’ve been aching with anticipation, and this has soothed the suffering for tonight for sure!!
I was without internet for the past two days, and I was THRILLED to hear this! Okay, so after I tried not to be a crazy fan but kind of hyperventilated and screamed anyway, I realized I just REALLY like this song (or at least the tortuous, short clips of it). But hey, at least it’s something! I’m excited. And I like 2012 type movies so I’m definitely going to see it. Ahhhh! Yayayayay
I still don’t like Adam. Won’t buy any of his screaming songs.
Well Robert, I hope Adam gives you reason to change your mind….It’s okay if u don’t like his style. It’s not for everybody. Not all of his performances include the wail, some are understated but still beautiful.
You can like the person but turn the dial on his songs, no harm done — it’s cool, just “go buy the other guy’s record.”
Whoa. I waited for 36 hours so I could get the urgent work done before listening to these 60 seconds…for what I had read in some places I thought that it was going to be just a generic power ballad.
I just don’t think so.
I freaking love it.
As much as I love Adam, I’m not afraid of being critical towards him when it’s justified. But his rich, powerful, beautiful voice…I had forgotten the absolute tender surprise of hearing it giving us new notes and melodies. I can’t wait to hear the full song! It was worth every second of the wait.

diffent which make this world beautiful, How monotonous for us if we always like the same music. As a Human I feel so priviledged to have the gift of free choice( to be used with discretion), for sure.
I am glad that you are exercising your free will and I wish you have music for you soul.
You will notice most of us have allready used some of our free will to propel our chosen singer toward thier careers, as I am imagining you are doing the same for your favorites. I am Primarily Kradisom.
