Yeah, I heard the JH “Urban Decay” AKA “Suburban Decay”, on a earlier link
couple days ago.My first reaction is, This song must reach us somehow, as
it so fits Adam. Tremendous atmosphere within the words and melody.
I never heard Adam say that this song was going to Eclipse, so, I won’t hold my breath……at least untill there is a more official announcement, or it will
remain just a rumour….HOPES!!!!!

I can’t stop listening to this album. I love every song and, while I still think my favorite is “Broken Open,” every other song is in the running for second or third favorite.

I loved the kiss & I would have been applauding like crazy if I had been fortunate enough to have been there. The reaction still saddens me because it was a lost opportunity for Adam. I just hope the few fans he may have lost give him another chance after his amazing performances on The Early Show and Letterman. If not, they’re missing out on a fantastic album and a very exciting career.

That was a wonderful interview with fab mag.

I think there’s too much production on all the season eight idol albums I have heard thus far (and this is why I will not buy them). Adam, Kris and Allison’s voices are drowned out with over-production. There are some good tracks (to varying degrees) but the vocals aren’t the centerpiece. I like these kids’ voices’ ¦not overwhelming instrumentals and OTT production.

Well, the scary thing about that is that, in my opinion, these albums are considerably *less* overproduced than many previous Idol albums, lol. … So I’m finding them refreshing for that reason! I actually find them quite a step in the not-overproduced direction. … All in what you get used to, I guess!

Absolutely agree, it’s the one thing that would make this album perfect.

Sure Fire Winners is one of the best on the album!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s exactly the right mix between rock and electronics and it’s beat is kick ass and awsome!!!!
Although I wouldn’t mind putting Suburban Decay instead of, say, Strut… or Time For Miracles, for that matter!

It’s funny how everyone has a different favourite, huh?

I think there are definite plans for Suburban Decay-”Eclipse”-because Adam didn’t give a convincing reason that it wasn’t on the album. They just finished filming Eclipse, and I think we’ll hear soon if this song might be on the soundtrack.

And Adam is a bad boy, if by ‘bad’ you mean sexual. Just as he is sweet, sarcastic, defiant, fallible, gracious, self-deprecating, control freakish, and all those other characteristics that make him, not some glittery alien, but a human being.

YES! I love a good, bad boy; or a bad, good boy! And I’m one of those who thought the kiss was kinda hot.

Love the look of the new band, so I checked out Lisa Harriton on the internet. One article from the MI(Musical Insitute) stated that she was on a leave of absence from her teaching to perform a series of television appearances with Adam Lambert—listing the shows which also included the Tonight Show.

Any information out there that this band is only for these appearances???
To me she is a very classy addition –trained classically and is into jazz music etc. –obviously varied with her interest in rock (Smashing Pumpkins). Also –no wonder Adam liked her —there are videos of her testing different pianos and she is wearing rocker gloves.

I am a big fan of Adam. But I would not give him any applause if I was in the audience. His performance was trashy and low. On his very first post Idol appearance, he gave an image of a bad boy. The applause should be given to the appropriately deserved performances, like the ones on Early Show and DLetterman.
