Adam Lambert, Working in the Studio with Ryan Tedder, Dr. Luke and Claude Kelly

Since the American Idols Live tour ended last week, Adam Lambert has been busy in the studio, working on his album, due to be released 11/24.

Adam keeps his fans updated via Twitter:

Denver Tedder sessions were major! Looking forward to working with the fantastic Dr Luke and Claude Kelly tommorow!

Adam cut a track called “Obsession” according to ex-OneRepbulic member, Jerrod Bettis @J_Skins. He also recorded songs Tedder co-wrote with country songwriter, Aimee Mayo (Kellie Pickler’s “I Wonder”) @AimeeMayo.

I know it sounds corny, but this album is a dream come true. I am lucky to be working with the BEST producers & writers in the world!

Get ready to shake yo asses!!! There be some beats a comin!

Adam is excited!

Ryan Tedder, of OneRepublic (“Apologize”) has written hits for Jordin Sparks (“Battlefield”) and Kelly Clarkson (“Already Gone”). Dr. Luke has also worked with Kelly (“Since U Been Gone”, “My Life Would Suck Without You”) and Britney Spears (Circus). Claude Kelly has worked with Kelly Clarkson, Jordin Sparks, Britney Spears and Lady Gaga.

Deets for Idol releases are typically kept under wraps, but one tune “Strut”, Adam co-wrote with Kara DioGuardi, has been revealed by Rolling Stone.   Speculation is that “Strut” will be Adam’s first single off the album.
