3rd Update: Arkansas showed much love for Kris tonight! The ovation went on and on and reports had the typically stoic Kris moved to tears! @aglenn94: “Just heard a 5minute standing ovation for kris allen at a sold out verizon arena.” @sayrawbef: “We just called the hogs, all 18, 000 and kris allen!” Kris Allen to the crowd, ‘I could not have a better state to call home.’ Read the twitter transcript of the concert below!

Backstory: Last night on the bus, a confused Matt thought he was going to Alaska, “Great show. Great fans. It’s gonna be awesome playing the home state of Kris 2mor, AK It’s gonna be quite a night. Were all excited! G’night” Kris corrects him, “um…don’t know how to say this but….AK is Alaska.” A slightly embarrassed Matt, “Ha ha ha. Adam totally told me that was right earlier!!!! Laughing in my bunk! Ha ha sorry. AR!!!!!” and then, “@KrisAllen4Real wait you’re not from Alaska???…..oh”. The next morning Matt twitters, “Oooooooooooh I see. : \ http://twitpic.com/blfki” (Erm I’ve made the same mistake…)
