How many weeks is this for “Wasted” at the top of the country charts? I think “Jesus, Take the Wheel” was there for 6? I can’t remember. IMO, “Wasted” is one of the best songs on the album. Has a very country sound, and great lyrics. At the very least, it’s one of my favorites. Great song to carry her into the summer. I wonder if they’ll release another single from this album before the first one from her new album due in the fall? If so, “Young and Beautiful” would be a GREAT summer song. :)

Weird realization for Sarah: I never realized the stories of the characters in the verses of “Wasted” were intertwined until I saw the video.

Also, glad to see that “Home” is starting to crack the charts. That one has major crossover potential, IMO. We’ll see what happens. :)
