That just made me realize how much I miss Season 7.
There was one time when she confirmed on her Myspace profile that it was her on this commercial… (for those who follows Brooke’s career post-idol hardcore will have known about her in this commercial months before, I am one of them), and she said something like “yup, I love shoes, I just don’t wear them!” I think she was talking about how she always goes barefoot playing the piano LOL. Gotta love this gal!

And yah Mel is right, the hardcore Brooke fans have known about it for a while. I just didn’t think it was very important information since it didn’t concern her music so I didn’t post it here haha.

OMG I have seem that commercial like a zillion times, and I would have never see Brooke if you haven ´t told me she is there…I guess this is good for her…

As I mentioned in my original post, I only caught Brooke in the commercial because I kept rewinding it to see if one of the other actresses who appeared was Alicia Minshew from All My Children. It wasn’t, but then I thought I spotted Brooke, and when I found the background information about the commercial it turned out I did also recognize a couple of the other women featured, Suzanne Goin, a chef who has a regular feature in Traditional Home magazine, and the wacky and delightful Suzanne Whang, who played “Polly” on Las Vegas.
BTW, I think Brooke would make a great actress!

I wouldn’t say this featured Brooke. She’s just one of a bunch of women in the video. There’s no “featuring” that I can see.
That said, I can’t believe Brooke didn’t release that song she did on Idol to radio. It did great on iTunes and could have been played on country, HAC and AC formats. I know she’s working on an album but what a missed opportunity.Singles often get released weeks ahead of albums.
The S7 idols are having real problems getting it together. Brooke, Jason and Michael Johns didn’t take advantage of the Idol pimpage they got S8.

“Featuring” is a relative term, no? I’d say all the women in this commercial were “featured”.
I thought that was her! I saw the commercial and thought that was Brooke, but wondered why she would be on a shoe commercial. So I dismissed the notion. But, Good for her. She looked great!
It’s always good to pick up a little coin and promotion to support your singing career. Glad to see things seem to be working out for her as she takes advantage of opportunities.
