At the annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball game last night in Nashville, Carrie Underwood and her finance, Mike Fisher (brought in by Carrie as a ringer! Heh) were thrown a surprise bridal shower by the opposing team, After Midnight–who eventually won the game in extra innings.
The fun took place after the 3rd inning. Carrie and Mike’s team, the Grand Ole Opry, were winning 10-4 at that point. Maybe After Midnight’s gifts and hilarious commentary psyched the pair out. Ha.
