i saw this interview last night and i was charmed (once again) by her interviewing skills. very laid back yet witty at the same time. I wasn’t a big fan of hers during AI (mostly bc of her robotic stage presence) but she’s definitely shed that image in my eyes.

Man, so Carrie has insane fans too–was that like a grown dude on like his childhood bunkbed in a room of Carrie posters Skeeeeeve.

I love that Carrie is a vegetarian also. I think it actually takes a lot of courage to be a vegetarian growing up in Oklahoma, and being a country star. I know it was hard when I lived in Texas haha.

I LMAO’d at the profound answer the cows gave: ‘Why are any of us here?’ Haha! Blake Shelton, another country music artist and Carrie’s fellow Oklahoman, once remarked that what people don’t know is that Carrie is being a smartass in her interviews. I think the secret’s coming out now, Blake!

That was my favorite part of the interview too though the “Bricks” and “That’s my room” lines are close behind. Carrie’s a funny gal. She gets a lot of grief for being vegetarian so I don’t know how happy she was to talk about that but she handled it great.

Undo It’s not my favorite song on Play On but it’s REALLY catchy and Carrie definitely performs the heck out of it. They had her mike too low for the song though. I read that in addition to Cowboy Casanova and Undo It Carrie also sang This Time from the new album, and So Small and Before He Cheats from earlier albums. This was the 1st time for her performing This Time live! I really like that one and I’m jealous of the people who got to be there to see it.
