The stars were out to celebrate Dolly’s new DVD, including Wynona Judd and George Jones.
Everybody is in town, gearing up for the big CMA awards Wednesday night (Nov. 11) set to air on ABC and hosted by Carrie and Brad Paisley.
Carrie will co-host and perform, Kellie will present and Daughtry (!) will perform “Tennessee Line” with Vince Gill…
Did ya all notice Kellie’s a redhead now? Heh.

You’re not kidding – traffic this morning was a total mess. The CMA’s are totally worth it though. Daughtry & Carrie Underwood together in the same venue = awesomeness! Now if I could only score a couple of tickets. Heh.

Great pic and I’m betting those three had a lot of laughs. Cool that Daughtry is performing at the CMA also.
I saw a video or interview (forget) with Kellie talking about coloring her hair reddish brown. She was responding to criticism and said something like, ‘Some people don’t have hair anymore. While she still does, she’s going to play with it.’
I think she looks great. We’re so used to the bubbly blonde, we can easily get used to the firey auburn haired one.
Kellie has talked so many times about Dolly being her role model and hero, she looks thrilled here, great picture, great moment.

I wonder if Dolly saw the clip from Ellen’s show where Kellie was dressed up as her. I hope so, I think she would love it. Kellie and Dolly are both so funny, if they get to spend any time together I’m sure they will have a great time. I really admire Dolly, she has had an amazing career.
