   The announcer said Carrie ‘hit it out of the park,’ and after hearing it, I’d have to say it was a tape measure shot.

    Carrie always does a nice job on the anthem. I love how she was introduced as a multi-platinum recording artist and 2 time grammy award winner- with no mention of AI. People are starting to seperate her from the show a bit.

    This blog isn’t a spot for constant fan wars. Also, criticism, even mocking of Idols is allowed here. If you’ve got a reasoned comeback, go for it. When it gets personal, I delete. Posters who refuse to follow the rules, get banned.

    That’s actually one of the better versions of the national anthem that I’ve heard. She did a really great job with it.

    Carrie did a great job! Alas it’s looking less and less like Taylor will get to sing for a game five….major bummer.
