   Thanks MJ.. I loved Carrie’s last album so am eagerly awaiting her new one. That video is pretty touching and she looks fantastic.

   Has this song peaked already? It stalled on country chart and fell sharply on Hot 100 after a big climb. Getting that top 10 would be a tough slog… I thought it would be sure-fire hit when it first came out..

   It’s too sad. I know country is supposed to be sad and tell a sad story, but it’s too sad, and I think the public doesn’t want to be sad, they want to dance.

   Am not really a Carrie fan, but love love this video, she looks stunning and the message is rock solid, hope it does well on the charts

   The rumor is the song was stalled intentionally by the label because they didn’t want it peaking too soon. Full swing promotion is just starting to kick in- they want it at the top of the charts closer to the 10/23 release date.

   If they didn’t want it peaking too soon, why did they release it so early? I mean the label KNOWS that people want her new stuff and they have to know (or they’re idiots) that it would have a big opening week of sales. So that makes no sense at all to me.

    I’m not sure Sarah- it’s just what the buzz is. The song did rise really, really fast though- much faster than most singles do.

    Of course all the rumors could be completely untrue and the song could be peaking already- but it’s Carrie and pretty much everything she does goes top 3 so I doubt it.

    As for the video I really like it- I think it is one of her better ones.

    For me, big yawn to the song and the video.

    Umm…while I only got through a minute of this video because of all the make-up and gold lame, you must realize that not everyone wants to do the Macarena. I’m not defending Carrie for the reasons stated above..

    Carrie looks beautiful and sounds good. She has a quality about her that allows her to wear thigh-high boots and not look trashy. Is it just me, or wouldn’t you find it annoying to have a fan blowing in your face and hair during an entire video shoot?
