Crystal Bowersox landed in Toledo Thursday night. Her private plane was late, because they had to detour to Texas first to drop off Casey James. Lee DeWyze was the first to get off the plane (a little layover for Lee! He was on his way to Chicago). After waving to the crowd, she headed to the FOX Toledo studios, where she sat for an interview and sang “Holy Toledo”, “Gray Haired Rock Stars” and “Me and Bobby McGhee.”

UPDATE: According to ABC News, Toledo Police chief reports that about 10, 000 showed up for Bowersox parade and concert downtown.

UPDATE: More than 1 hour late, Crystal’s motorcade is finally arriving at Ottawa County Fairgrounds (5:13 et pm)

UPDATE: Crystal is on stage. She received the key to the city of Elliston, and some other gifts. Board of Ottawa County, proclaiming May 14 Crystal Bowersox Day.

UPDATE: Crystal Takes the field at the Mud Hens Game to sing National Anthem and throw out the first pitch! She’s wearing a Mud Hens shirt. OFFICIAL number for Mud Hens game, 13, 200 in attendance. Crystal set a record!

8:30 am – Radio appearance 92.5 KISS FM
10:30 am – Visits the AT&T Store – 4906 Monroe St.. Toledo, OH 43623 (Crystal will learn her judges choice song via text message).
11:30 am – Parade – Downtown Toledo – Starts at the corner of Summit and Washington Streets and ends at Madison Ave
12:30 pm – Concert of original and Cover songs at Levis Square – She sang two songs.
4:00 pm – Another parade and multi-act concert at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds, 7870 W. State Route 163, Oak Harbor, OH. Gates open at noon.
6:45 pm – National Anthem and throw out the first pitch at Mud Hens game. Fifth Third Field
