too bad he didn’t sing that on Idol. I would have preferred him staying over Hernandez, and I liked Hernandez in the prelims.
Why didn’t he sing like that on the show?? No wonder Simon gets frustrated. You KNOW they can do better than what they are putting out there. I never thought he was horrible though.
I’m a little peeved that Ellen is “choosing” which ex-IDOLS to have on her show. What about Kady and Asia? Don’t you think they would like the exposure too?
Maybe I’m a little fuzzy in the head — but DIDN’T DANNY SING SUPERSTAR ON WEEK 1 OR 2? Or was that somebody else. So the question, why didn’t he sing it, I believe he did.

This was great. I miss Danny. I wish they could’ve had 7 boys and 5 girls.
He sang this song on the 2nd week of competition, but with the full band. It sounds much better here.
Yup, he should have waited to pull out the theatrical performances until he got to the big stage. I quite liked it. Even hubby liked it, and he was clenchin’ his buttcheeks throughout all of “Tainted Love”. TMI

Geeze Danny- If he would have sang it like that when it counted, I bet he would have stayed…I am a total fan of singing acoustically in the semis, as opposed to that loud ass band with those screaming background singers…WHY DANNY WHY!!!

I also thought Danny did much better on Ellen than he did on idol. I found this video on celebtv.com of him singing off of the show and it’s pretty impressive…they got a bunch of other idol stuff as well as general celebrity news too
