It seems like he had a good time! I’m glad he was able to take a break form recording and do something fun like that.
Very cute pictures. Archie looks happy. Great to see it. I’m sure that his siblings had a blast, especially the young ones. They probably think that he’s the best big brother ever for taking them there. LOL.
I wonder why Miley celebrated her birthday over a month early. Seems odd. Also odd, why is a 20 year old dating a 15 year old? In 3 years when she is 18 and he is 23 it won’t be as strange but it’s just creepy to me now. I really don’t want another Jamie Lynn “ooops” in a year or so and their ages are closer than Miley and her beau.

I couldn’t agree more.
I tend to think that it’s not so much that David and Miley are friends (in fact, I don’t suspect they’ve had much interaction at all) but that Jive sees it was good PR for David and Disney sees it as an opportunity to have yet another popular teen celebrity be associated with its ginormous empire–especially since “Crush” has been the top song on Radio Disney for weeks now.
I think you’re right, Aladdin. I found it curious that I have not been able to find even one photo yet of David with Miley from that sweet sixteen party. Jive probably knows about the very strong aversion that David’s fans have for even an inkling of a David/Miley hookup. Hence, no pictures of them together since the Teen Choice Awards. In fact, I’m sure that his fans are all breathing a collective sigh of relief to know that Miley has that 20-year old boyfriend.
There are some other really cute David/Minnie photos on other places, such as fansofdavid. David would never be interested in Miley, but it IS good for him to be seen around places that Miley is, since she is so Popular. It got him all over the news today, and that is good news.
gabam- I think Miley is another Brittney and Jamie Lynn Spears in the making. Just give it a few years.
Haha I don’t think you had to be good friends with Miley to be invited…I think it was more of all the hot young celebrities were on the guest list, and David qualified. It looks good for him, and it def. doesn’t hurt her.
I am just now realizing that David’s expression on those pictures of Minnie kissing him is the exact same way he looked when Natasha Bedingfield kissed him. So sweet!

Hey guys! Hope everything’s been going well with everyone. Things have been CRAZY the last week or so, but it’s been soooo much fun. I’ve mainly been writing (!!!) and recording, trying to wrap things up here for the album. I have a couple of pictures here from in the studio! Haha. I mentioned in my mobile message (801.386.8196) a little about writing, but I’m just going to say again how much I love it! It’s been so exciting, being able to write with different writers and learn so much from them. I remember a while back when I first had writing sessions with other people, and I was pretty nervous and frozen, but now I’ve been able to open up and just throw around ideas. Haha. A lot of ideas may even be really lame, haha, but when you just sing a weird line or melody it can spark ideas for who you’re writing with. So, if you’re trying to decide what to do one day, you should write! Haha
Another thing I just wanted to say since I haven’t had a chance to say something in a while is THANK YOU!!! I can’t believe how well the video for “Crush” has done so far, and I’m so glad to hear you guys like it.
It blew my mind again to see that it was #1 on iTunes, and I have just really appreciated how supportive everyone has been. I’ve really missed seeing everyone on tour too, haha. It was fun talking to everyone and hearing what you had to say, so I love looking at the comments posted online and the voice messages crack me up! Oh my heck, haha, I love ‘em. But anyway, thanks again so much! I’m doing my best to make this album for you guys, and it’s been a lot of fun!
