David Archuleta – Puffy Cheeks B Gone Vlog
David Arculeta’s vlogs never fail to crack me up. In his latest, David comes out of hiding after suffering “poofed up cheeks” from a recent wisdom teeth extraction. Sadly, David’s computer is “issued”, so he’s recording his vlog at a friend’s house.
David plugs his new Christmas album, due to hit stores on October 13th, and mentions upcoming songwriting sessions in Nashville for his sophomore record, scheduled to be released sometime next year. Plus he recently saw his friend, Colbie Caillat in concert.
As David goes to introduce his friend, musician Benton Paul, he accidentally knocks his host’s electronic keyboard to the floor, with a loud discordant thud. Whoops! David’s unintentional hilarity is totally awesome. Watch for some lulz!

this brought a much needed smile to my face yesterday – and today… i like watching and listening to david the normal teenager in his vlogs, and watching and hearing david the powerhouse singer in concert, on cd – wherever, heheh… both bring his fans equal joy… in a music world of so much plastic and phony and ego, it’s nice for someone like david to remind us that genuine, natural, unaffected people do exist in it, and can be successful…

Archie is so genuine and refreshing. He had to remake his Vlog because his first was too long to upload, so he made this one. He is not only persitent but did so with such a positive attitude. I probably would have thrown the computer out the window and given up. By the time this was uploaded and on line, many of his fans were eagerly waiting to hear what he had to say for the week. Better than a suspense story twittering all the while with a play by play adventure ha! ha! Have ordered the CD and will be gifting it too. His trip to Nashville sounds exciting. Can’t wait for the second album. Hope to get to one of his live Christmas shows.
the xmas cd has been released in germany… reports are the snippets did no justice to the cd… can’t wait to hear this!!

I love David’s vblog. He is just adorable and so funny. I so appreciate that David can share these little moments of his life with the fans. I am a HUGE fan of David’s and can’t wait for his Christmas album to be released on Oct 13. I will be purchasing the digital download tomorrow…but already ordered multiple copies of the holiday album to give to family and friends. David is just amazing…and if you ever get the chance to go to one of his concerts — they are so much fun!!!!

He’s just joy personified. I really appreciate David, not just his voice, but his spirit. I hope he never changes. He just seems so full of life and this journey seems to have not screwed with his head at all. I don’t really like xmas music, nor do I enjoy thinking about xmas before Halloween, but for this sweetie I might make an exception.
Luv, I’d like to have David and Adam hang out and have it video taped. I think they both have this childlike wonder about what they are doing and the exuberance they both exude is similar. They also both make me smile like a freaking idiot. Oh wait, and they sing their asses off too! Two of my favorite three male voices from idol.

I became a fan because of his voice. But his personality pretty much sealed the deal for me. I sometimes wonder if the kid is even real. ha!!
