I was really hoping the Anthemic et al. would hit it off with The Script and it looks like no worries there. I love Irish musicians — they’ll sing and play at the drop of a hat. And obviously drag whoever is around with them. *g*

I love that they’re all 1) chill enough to just go with whatever crazy stuff Dave does and 2) talented enough that they just swing into their own instrumental thing and he can vocally wind in and out of it whenever he wants to without anyone losing a beat. It’s awesome.

*L* I think Neal *did* — I can’t remember if it was before or after he spoke in the mic, but he said something to Neal before hopping off the stage and the eyeroll was there all over Neal’s face, even if his eyes never actually rolled.

Weeell, not exactly true, although it wasn’t the kind of crotch grab being discussed elsewhere, lol. In San Diego… ack, I can’t remember the context, but he said something he decided sounded terribly twee, then said he needed to reassert his guy cred and performed a rather epic, um, major league ballplayer-type adjustment. It was pretty funny.

There have been ass-grabs however.

Yeah, when he’s waded onto the audience, not everyone has been as genteel as the front row lady in Atlanta. heh!

Gah. I’m incredibly grateful it’s lasted as long as it has, but I am going to be SO SAD when the neverending tour ends.
