It’s been 3 years since David Cook released his last album, This Loud Morning. Since then, the American Idol season 7 winner released a single, “The Last Song I’ll Write for You” in 2012, moved to Nashville and has been performing live for fans all over the country. Last year, he made an appearance on American Idol to mentor the finalists.
In the meantime, fans have been waiting patiently for news about the singer’s 3rd studio album, and it looks like we’re closer than ever! Over the weekend, David tweeted a mysterious photo of himself, presumably in the studio. This morning, he tweeted a link to a YouTube video that features a clip of some new music.
The pop rock song features the lyrics, “But tonight/We Can Make the Escape from the Choices we Make…”
