I’ve left in a little bit of the dialog to help give the musical numbers context. Plus, some of the bits were just damn funny…
Last night’s episode featured Sue Sylvester in love (whoda thunkit) and then left brokenhearted (a zoot suit? really?), Puck looking for his perfect Jewess (sorry, it’s not Rachel, she only has eyes for Finn) and Quinn and Finn losing their “cool kids” cache (no, the sunglasses don’t help!)
Fun stuff: Sue and Will swing dancing, Puck’s “Sweet Caroline” turning the ladies on, Will busting a move, Will singing the “Thong Song” to Emma (Princess Di is so 1980’s!) and Emma finding the perfect dress to “dance all night” in.
Nearly everyone gets hit with a slushee, including Mr. Shue (I’d like to see Sue take one right in the face) and Ken forces the boys to choose between football and glee. No, that scenario does not pan out the way you’d expect. At least not initially…

I love watching Will dance. He busted it, he swung it, and he danced all night. He’s delicious.

Loved Emma singing “I Could Have Danced All Night”. Was anyone else wanting to chant “Kiss her kiss her” to Will after he dipped Emma after they danced? ‘Cause I did and I’m not ashamed to admit so.
Also not ashamed to admit I, too, got a little hot and bothered by Puck’s “Sweet Caroline.” But srsly? No Glee until Nov 11? This news upsets me.
I loved Mark Salling’s(Puck) voice on “Sweet Caroline”. He needs to sing lead more on this show.

Will and Emma are just delightful together! I love his reaction when she walked out in her dress and how he was holding her hand when he dipped her…I definitely yelled “just kiss already!!” at the tv, so you’re not alone, BuckeyeGal007, haha.
I liked Puck a lot this week, I just wish he’d be a little less callous sometimes. He definitely has a great voice, he’s just not got the leading man thing down like Finn does. Cuz he’s the bad boy, of course.
I think Will is my favorite guy, though. I like him so much I don’t even mind when he raps to stupid novelty songs.
Puck’s a good singer, I like his voice better than Finn’s.

Thanks for the vids, mj, I missed “Bust a Move” last night. Though I can’t say I particularly enjoy that song. Anyway, my favorite performances last night were “Sweet Caroline” and “I Could Have Danced All Night.” I’m glad we got to hear Emma sing!

Hey MJ, I don’t know if this has been reported yet, but Joss Wheden has agreed to direct an episode of Glee. If you’ve seen the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode “Once More, With Feeling”, you know this could be a very good thing.

I didn’t like Will doing Bust a Move. I think it was the only ’slow’ part of the show for me. The swing dancing with Sue (and Sue in zoot suit) were all sorts of awesome.
