If she doesnt sell units it's not that TPTB hsven't tried. I think they need for her to be a big seller really bad to keep their credibility. I really want an Idol in their twenties this year as I'm tired of young and cute, I really think Michael and Carly are very good and deserve to be where they are as far as talent is concerned. I think they have both worked very hard and have had lots of disappointments. Carly's record company seems to have rejected her original album and then held off releasing the one they liked till she was older. We all know what record executive can do or not do, they own you. Michael had a contract but never put out a CD for them. I'm sure they've both had bad experiences. I haven't picked a real favorite yet, but liked Remiele, Asia'h and Carly tonight. I anticipated more, so I guess I have to take my daughter's suggestion and not anticipate in the future! Jason Castro was the highlight for me, and even though I didn't get excited about his performance, I really got a giggle out of Danny Noriega. Luke Menard....well, I think that he just couldn't make the transition from a cappella to band accompaniment. Too bad; I have heard him sing on Youtube and I thought that he had a lot of potential. The only drawback IMO is David seems "groomed" for compition (little miss sunshine or snl skit)and probably got a few looks by other records labels . This is not a bad just not into the "luv" him yet . Randy of course thier good you got a few that are second chancers it is like getting TO to play a pick-up basketball game he maybe just a little better than the regular joe. No probelm with that I just miss watching a seedling grow or a struggling arist have a chance .
