Frankly, I would rather buy Sherman Pore’s CD sight unseen (or should I have said unheard)rather than a Michael Buble CD. For some reason Buble doesn’t do a thing for me. And Sherman is donating a part of the proceeds to a worthy cause. I wonder if he will be on Idol tonight. I would love to see him again.
The only SoundScan sales numbers I have seen this week are for Elliott, from the Indie sales chart:

That reportedly was good enough to allow him to re-enter the SoundScan 200 at # 20 in his 9th week of release.
Wow! Go Elliott! He’s doing so well. I am so happy for him. :)

And Sherman Pore, what a nice gesture to donate part of the proceeds to cancer research. Genuinely nice man, and I hope he garners enough in sales to realize a decent profit.

Thanks for those numbers jpfan. I am so excited about Elliott. I saw him in NY on Tues and he was FANTASTIC. The crowd was loving him and he seemed so thankful to us. He kept saying.. if you knew where I was one year ago today…

For album sales, HDD numbers come out on Monday and Tuesday. That will give us an estimate of sells for those in the top 50. Wednesday is when the SoundScan numbers for downloads and albums come out (but we sometimes don’t know them until next Thursday).
