The Little Rainbow That Could (TM Jolene) just keeps chugging along. Looks like it put on a burst of speed this past week, thanks to SYTYCD.
Welcome back, Kirsten! Hope you had a great vacation!
Oops, rude me! Many happy returns, Kirsten! I missed your numbers, I long for your numbers, rainbows rise and fall with your numbers. Srsly. :)
Yay for #’s. I hardly know what I’m looking at but I love looking. Welcome back :)
Thank you, Kirsten!
Wow, and I thought it was too much to hope that “Magic Rainbow” will even make it into the top 50. Holy jumpin’ rainbow!
What surprised me is not that it had a resurgence thanks to SYTYCD, but that it has reportedly kept that advantage for quite some time. I don’t have iTunes, so I don’t know where it stands now.
Jolene, just checked iTunes. TOML is now at #40, down from a recent peak of #32. Prior to that it was in the 60’s.
Before SYTYCD, it was wandering between, say, 47 and 52 on itunes. After SYTYCD, it lived for a few days at around 32. Last couple of days it started to go back down and is currently at 40.
Nice bump for ToML! Even as a DC fan I can’t believe this thing is still chugging along. Not that I’m complaining…
Wow! Such nice welcome’s back. Thanks all.
Here is one of my favourite links:
iTunes Top 100 Songs
It allows you to keep tabs on the goings-on at iTunes without having to have iTunes. There are tabs on the side so that you can see some of the other iTunes charts. You don’t get popularity bars, but it’s easier to cut and paste from.
Cool link, Kirsten. I didn’t even know it was possible to separate them like that. In the Top 100 Pop Tunes category, TOML is #17. Do you know how far down it went and how far back up it has come on that list? I’m assuming it mirrors the rise and fall and rise on the main chart.
Yes, I like this stuff too much. :)
Courtesy of Pulse TOML jumped from 47 to 39. The magic rainbow won’t die!
