1 EAGLES LONG ROAD OUT OF EDEN 710,946 0 710,946
    2 SPEARS*BRITNEY BLACKOUT 289,712 999 324 290,048

If that doesn’t warm your heart, nothing will. Billboard will actually have to put a Walmart exclusive # 1 on the BB 200.

I bought it when I bought Carrie’s CD. I actually like Carrie’s more surprising even myself…..So small is the least song I like on the CD.. Favorites are- I know you won’t, and Just a dream.. :-)

    Eagles…always enjoyable..

Whoa! Yay for the Eagles!!! SO glad to see they outsold even Saint Carrie.

Sorry, but I just love it when the old outdoes the new.

I’m not a fan of “So Small” either.

I really like “Flat On The Floor” though.

    Ealbino –
I LOVE “I Know You Won’t”. In fact, I can’t quit singing it to myself. My 8-yr-old son loves “Last Name”. He can sing it in the car with EXACTLY the same inflections as Carrie (”then it turned into oh-w no-w what’ve I done”). It’s adorable. I’m like you, why in the world did they choose “So Small” as the first single. There are 8 songs on there at least as good or better. I hope she does “I Know You Won’t” tonight on the CMA. That song will wrench your heart. :cry_tb:

Plus Bo makes the BB 200 (from Ken Barnes)
“Bo’s album See the Light, which like the Eagles is a Wal-Mart exclusive, suddenly became eligible for the chart this week, and it thus makes its debut at No. 150. Its sales are not quite in the same realm as the Eagles’, totaling a rounded-off 5,000. Last week it’s recorded as selling slightly less than 10,000, which would have placed it at No. 89 had it been eligible. So I’ll now be able to track Bo’s progress each week.(Total now is 15,000, by the way.)”

    From Ken Barnes again
“Elliott leads the contingent of off-chart Idols in sales with 3,700 (it took 4,000 to make the top 200 this week). That’s the same as last week, and brings his total to 433,000.

Kelly’s My December falls off the main chart this week, selling 3,500, down from 4,000 last week. Her total is 690,000. Breakaway sold almost as much, 3,200 (down from 3,300), and is at 5.88 million total.

Kellie sold 2,000, up 100 from last week, to hit 643,000.

Bucky sold 1,900, down 100, for a total of 291,000.

Fantasia racked up 1,700, same as last week, to reach 489,000.

Mandisa sold another 900 (same as the last few weeks) for a total of 55,000.

Katharine sold 400,down from 500; total is 360,000.

Clay sold 200, same as last week, for a total of 519,000.

Constantine also maintained a sales level of 200, for a total of 21,000.

Five Idols sold 100 this week. Taylor drops from 200; total is 697,000. Ruben was at 100 last week, and has sold 235,000. Paris stays at 100 for a total of 20,000; Kimberley stays there for a total of 16,000. And Carmen remains at 100 for a total of 2,500.”

Karen, I’m with ya.. I think they chose So Small because it was safe but all the others minus Twisted are much better suited for singles. I will have to see her in concert to perform those songs because I can’t stop listening to the CD! and the part your son sings on Last name is my favorite.. LOL
