How hard was it keeping your pregnancy under wraps?
“David and I were the only people who knew for a long time. I would forget I was pregnant, it was so easy. I didn’t have any morning sickness, no cravings either. I just thought, ‘Oh, well, we’ll wait until it’ll tell on itself.’ I didn’t show until I was seven months so that made it easy right there.”Has his personality emerged yet?
“He has a lot of personality, like David. He’s always been a good sleeper. His favorite time to smile now is diaper changes. Or when he spits up on you ‘“ he just cracks up like he thinks it’s the funniest thing. And his bottle is his pacifier. With a pacifier, it’s like he knows, ‘Ain’t nothing come out of here. No, I don’t want that. Where’s the real deal?’ His best friend is that bottle; that’s all he wants.”
What a beautiful picture, and poignant knowing she lost her family so recently. I’m glad she has love in her life and a new family. I can’t imagine the depth of her sorrow. She’s definitely experienced the highs and lows of life already in her short life so far.

I’m crying, not just tears but real sobs. Having experienced some tragic losses in my life the last few years I can really empathise with Jennifer…and to know that she has been given this beautiful new gift to focus her love and energy on is beyond beautiful and wonderful. Congrats to Jenn, David, and David Jr. May their lives be filled with butterflies!

Ah . . . er . . . Jennifer. When I saw her walk out on Ellen on March 26, I knew she was pregnant (and commented so here at MJs when MJ posted the interview). Baby born on Aug 10. Assuming a full term, she was 5 months along then.
