Jennifer Hudson performed in Central Park today for Good Morning America in New York City. Her fellow Season 3 Idol alum, George Huff has been traveling with her as a backup singer!
In her interview with Robin Roberts, Jennifer talks about her upcoming weight loss memoir, Winnie Mandela biopic, playing a nun in the upcoming Three Stooges movie, and a new role as a drug addicted mom in the Alicia Keys produced movie, Mr. and Pete.
She was supposed to sing on the Early Show this morning too, but cancelled due to “severe abdominal pains”, according to JustJared. There are reports she went to the hospital. Hope Jennifer’s OK!
UPDATE: Jennifer’s rep tells EOnline “Jennifer Hudson went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains, ” a rep for the star tells E! News. “She was treated for food poisoning and released.”
