  • I cannot watch that lady from Sugarlady perform. Bless her heart…I know she is feeling it but it’s just too much for me. She just makes me laugh! So shallow…sorry.

  • Beauitful! Jennifer looks amazing and that version of Silent Night was absolutely amazing!

Love how classically old-school JHud sings this and everything!

  • This is a nice performance. I love Jennifer Hudson and Sugarland. :)

  • That Sugarland chick has a fabulous voice. What a nice performance. Jennifer looks stunning as always.

  • Jennifer looked great. A nice performance as always by her. The other Jennifer from Sugarland was good too.

  • Jennifer Nettles has a gorgeous voice and presentation. I love Sugarland and they’re voices blended very nicely.

  • Those ladies can *sing* – love them both!

  • Jennifer Nettles and Jennifer Hudson: two of the best voices in the business. I love them taking this one to church. Great job!

  • I can’t stand Sugar-land or Jennifer Hudson.

I actually have a good reason for not liking those idiots from Sugar land. I met them a couple years ago when I was 19 (I went backstage with my aunt who was interviewing them). The rudest “famous” people I have ever met.

Very full of themselves as well. Esp. the guy.

They did ask if I wanted a pic and I said no. I didn’t want one after I saw how they really were.

    they sound okay singing this

  • I was so bummed when she left Idol. I was thrilled to see her triumph anyway! Dreamgirls was the best movie. Jennifer was AWESOME!!!! I LOVE her voice.

  • I love this performance! Does anyone know how i could get an mp3 of it?

  • loved it!

and yes please…I’d love an mp3 too !

  • Great job, JHud. Has Jennifer been on Oprah more than any other idol? I do believe so. I can remember at least 4. Does anyone know the exact number?

  • I love Jennifer Nettles’ voice – Jhud too:)

People who are into country love that stuff. I’m with you–I don’t get the fake-ness. But I don’t understand big hair and false eyelashes either.

Two big voices have a sing off on Silent Night? Really? Isn’t the night supposed to be kind of silent? They are both great singers, but big, showy, country, R&B mashup on a tender small song is counter intuitive to me. And when they tried to do the tiny bit of coordinated harmony at the end, it was only okay. they should have just done the version they both probably learned in grammar school and flipped a coin for who does the alto harmony.
