I love JPL. I think this CD is going to be awesome. I still think he was the forerunner for Taylor Hicks to win. I can’t forget his stage antics. Of course, Simon hated it, but, I loved it. I also remember Simon telling him he needed to take voice lessons. LOL Guess he won’t have to sell pens anymore?

Didn’t hear him sing this good when on the show. Liked him then and he had a charisma but actually didn’t sing all that well (for me) when on the show, but I still enjoyed him. But wow, where was this voice then. Liking his talent!
Ditto. I really want to hear the full version of “Winning Streak.” It sounds really pretty and a little like early-Coldplay. Though it’s kind of a bummer that there are no obviously “fun” songs like on the first album, I dig that this one is more introspective and that it sounds like it’ll be as solid as the first one. And maybe Stripper Girl can become the new sing-a-long song like Rodeo?
Also wtf about the Christopher Columbus song that’s being offered as a bonus track? mj, if you’re ordering from that site, I hope you review that one too. =P
