Julianne Hough writes in her Fancast blog that she won’t be returning for the Spring season of Dancing with the Stars:
I wont be on Dancing this spring season. I dont know about the fall. Maybe, maybe not. Well see. Im definitely going to focus on the music. My first album was a learning experience, and I cant wait for the next one. I feel like the writing and producing will be even better, really awesome.
She also told Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM radio show this morning, “I really, really want to focus on the music and … be taken seriously a little bit, and I think it’s hard to be on Dancing with the Stars and be singing and kind of get that confusion, and so I’m really going to focus on the music.”
Hm. I think she’s a much better dancer than she is singer, (judge for yourself) but what do I know?
She asks y’all to vote for Brooke and Derek, ’cause she thinks they deserve to win. Of course, it has nothing to do with the fact that Derek Hough is her brother. Ahem.
Meanwhile, Lance Bass is like, sooo glad Julianne is gone! He tells People magazine:
“She was the one I was scared of the most, he told PEOPLE Wednesday at Paris Las Vegas. …She the queen of Dancing with the Stars and I know that she knows how to win this thing. I love her so much, but Im glad she gone and I dont have to face her.
His new nemesis is Brooke Burke, and what he has to say about her is just full of Lolz:
…She definitely the one Im looking at, he said. …She been in first place every week and the judges seem to absolutely love her. She could pee on the floor and they would give her 10s for it.
