Kris Allen Set to Perform on So You Think You Can Dance Results Show December 9
According to the latest FOX So You Think You Can Dance press release announcing this weeks eliminated contestants, Kris Allen will be performing on next week’s (Dec.9) results show.
Kris will perform a song from his self-titled debut on the Top 8 Results show. Pop group, Wonder Girls will also perform.
Kris’s self-titled album dropped to 31 on the Billboard 200 in its second week, and sold 33K units. First week sales totaled 80K for a two-week total of 113K

I will be at the Worcester show on Monday too! I have tickets very close to the stage, can’t wait! Since it is a ‘Acoustic Xmas’ show, I am thinking he will be singing some Christmas music but I am also hoping he sings some of the slower songs we haven’t heard him sing yet, like ‘The Truth’ and one of my favs ‘Bring It Back’.

This is so great! I love seeing Kris out there having a good time promoting his album! I will not be surprised to see an increase in sales once all these audiences here more songs from the album! It really is a good strong effort
As for SYTYCD, I would love to see a Travis routine to Bring it Back with Elenore and Jacob.

Its terrific that Kris is singing on SYTYCD – we also get that here in Australia – finally there might be more exposure for him here- by the time we see it in the new year his album might be out here – good timing!!
Yay for Kris singing on SYTYCD. Anyone know what he plans on singing? LLWD or a mash-up of songs from KA?

Be nice to actually get a decent performance on a SYTYCD result show. The Oranthi one was good, but Shakira’s had terrible sound ,and the Snoop Dogg one was, well I don’t know what it was.

Seeker – I’ve also been thinking someone should do a contemporary routine to “Bring It Back”. Can you imagine how moving it would be?

also i can do the “nobody” dance. i went to see the jonas bros in concert with my niece. jordin opened and then the wonder girls came out and did one song! and they taught everyone how to do the dance. i know, now you are all jealous.

I’m sure Adam will be performing there sooner or later. So far I see pretty much most if not all of Kris TV appearances, Adam was or will be there plus some other gigs Kris didn’t even get to do.
YAY! I love SYTYCD and they have showed him some love before when they used Kris’s version of “Heartless” for one of their dances. This is great for Kris!

Hey, didn’t a couple perform to Kris’ cover of “To Make You Feel My Love” for their audition. The small routine they did was ballroom dancing coupled with figureskating lifts. It was beautiful, and Kris’ dreamy vocals made it so touching!
I also envision someone doing a solo contemporary routine on “I Need To Know” starting at “Feel so far away…” to the rising, swelling “I Need To Know”… I can just see it!
