I heard an interview with LGG where she said that she loves this song but couldn’t make it work for herself but thought it would be a great fit for Adam… I like the way she thinks. It has a pretty addictive beat and the base hooks really stick in your head.

Adam is current with what is popular and what will sell period, GAGA, Britney, whatever, it is a smart move on his part.
His music choices are great. I like everything he has put out so far.

I’ve listened to her interviews, and she is very intelligent. She’s very much like Adam actually. Very humble, well spoken and highly talented. I had no idea. I love the fact that she said she never really could get this song right, but she just knew that Adam could do it. And the fact that she sat with him in the studio working it out with him??’ ¦..well I guess I’m headed to iTunes to download Gaga now is all I can say.

I didn’t know that either. I really like this song. I’m not nervous about the album anymore either, just excited. I’m glad we got a peek at *Soaked* and *Fever*. I love both.

i keep listening to this–just love it — think this is gonna be an awesome adam track….can also see him performing this live….i like fye a lot, but i doubt that is the strongest track on the album (i agree you rarely lead with the strongest song — strong but not strongest)…sounds like fye is to get him played on top 40 radio, will be a hit (but probably not a huge smash) and then his second single — im guessing music again or maybe fever — will be a huge hit….can’t wait to hear the whole album

Absolutely LOVE this song. I’ll be honest, until recently, I’ve never cared for GaGa. But once again, Adam has managed to slip inside my mind and somehow softly say to me…”give her a try, you may like it.”

I like this song, I can’t wait to hear Adam sings it. I am so proud that people are giving him good songs for his album. Well, at least the four songs that we know of. I am not nervous about his album anymore. I am confident it will be fine.

I feel disappointed. Didn’t like FYE at all. It’s not catchy for me enought to remember the song and play it back. The beat seems very familiar, don’t know why, yet. Also there’s something seriously wrong with the song – the way of singing, the attitude he displayed. Don’t know how to describe it… (not to be taken the wrong way) like a kitten trying to bark. Adam tries to be seductive, badass and such, but it doesn’t work out (for me).

It is? Well no woder he was so damn excited! I never considered GaGa glam rock- she is more New Wave than anything, but this song is definitely the sound I thought Adam was going for. Don’t get me wrong- I love FYE, but you should never put your best song first out the box, IMO.

It has a Rod Stewart vibe, & in all honesty, it really needs a whiskey-soaked voice to do it justice.
I can see why GaGa passed on it.
It’s just not good.

I am not impressed by Lady Gaga; however, that doesn’t mean that Adam wouldn’t have a hit single with this song. I suppose the title isn’t what I expected as there is only one Fever.

I like the beat of this song – Bet Adam will sound awesome!!! I actually think this song is better than FYI. I just feel FYI is kinda’ choppy, not showcasing Adam’s vocals as well as this song will or the way Time For Miracles does.

Just listened to it again and still don’t like it. It doesn’t sound like Gaga’s current songs on radio. This song can’t be the single, it’s not catchy enough. It won’t be a big hit either because it’s not the kind of song for Top40 radios. JMHO.

cookcricket, Soaked sounds really good. I actually liked the “radiohead” style vocal on the demo but I’m a huge Radiohead fan. I like Muse, too. With Adam, it’s hard for me to reconcile the image I have of him from Idol with some rumblings I’ve been hearing about the record.

The lead single is a solid single I think. I’m still not sure if the hook is strong enough for a big first splash, but it’s a good song. I haven’t seen this comparison, but it is very reminiscent of George Michael post-Faith. Those George Michael songs didn’t chart exceptionally high but they still scored high in certain demos. I see the lead single doing the same.

But this song? Great possibilities. Maybe it was a matter of timing, but this sounds like a much stronger song in terms of structure and melody.

I honestly don’t hear auto tuning in the single. I hear vocal effects on some parts but not the pitch smoothing of autotune. There’s a difference.

houstonrufus, I’m not an Adam or LG fan either. I’ll be interested in Adam’s take on this. I’m not crazy about her voice, at all, but I can handle Adam’s. Hopefully no major auto-tuning like the single.

Mark Bolan is smiling! Gaga does it again. For anyone who thinks that LG is only about electrosynthdancepop, you really should take a listen to the entire The Fame album. She’s just truly madly deeply talented all across the rock/pop spectrum. She has the rare combination of popular sensibilities and artistic depth. I cannot wait to hear what Adam does with this. Bravo Adam and Gaga!
