I also join in this belief. It was quite obvious that Deepak Chopra was upset about Michael’s death. Angry, too.

Larry said he would have Usher and Liza back on for another show. I believe Larry was trying to provide a balance and his guests were not going for it.

The media is having a field day with this and some Senator or Governor, somewhere is relieved.

I agree with you. Some blogs are deleting posts that bring up the unsavory things of MJ. Very strange.

Second Autopsy for Michael Jackson

The Los Angeles County Coroner conducted an autopsy on Friday and while he said there was “no indication of foul play,” the official cause of death could not be determined.

Deepak realized that Michael was surrounded by doctors that were feeding him this stuff – in other words nothing has changed since Elvis Presley died and brought it up again on Larry King when all the rest of the people were just trying to remember Michael for the positive things.

But I understand that Deepak is upset and that this was a tragedy that should have been avoided. On the other hand Michael Jackson was a 50 year old man who made his own choices, he was otherwise very smart and I think he was pushing his physical limits on this comeback. But he was raised on “the show must go on” credo. Especially if he thought this was his last chance to redeem himself and pull himself out of debt.

I have to wonder why Michael Jackson had a cardiologist living with him for the last 2 months? Any doctor can prescribe the drugs he needs. Why a cardiologist? Was something else going on?

It also sounds like this doctor was a quack and yet how did he get to be a cardiologist. The 911 call suggests that the doctor was administering CPR to MJ on top of his bed. Even I know you don’t do CPR on a soft surface. The doctor did also administer some additional shot that was supposed to counter act the Demerol, this was noted by the firefighters/paramedics. Essentially Jackson was dead then but the paramedics are saying the doctor refused to allow them to pronounce him dead and insisted they continue CPR. When Mr. Cardiologist should have known that without oxygen to the brain for that period of time, he would have been a vegetable if they were able to resuscitate him. Very sad.

And I do agree with Deepak. Why aren’t the authorities making more examples of these celebrity doctors who are causing, feeding and enabling dangerous addictions? But then it isn’t just celebrity doctors, there is a prescription medication problem that is more widespread.

The one interesting thing that I heard on CNN was that the royalties on Michael’s music go to the kids already? Hopefully he set something up already that is beyond challenge. Aye there’s the rub.

I find the need to go out and buy MJ music odd. If you were a true fan don’t you already have everything that Michael ever did? And for example when Michael Hutchence died, I couldn’t listen to INXS music for 2 years. Perhaps because it was a death of the band as well as his death. Just too painful for me. However apparently MJ was bringing in 50 – 70 million dollars a year on his royalties alone before he died.

I thought Joe Jackson died a few years back?

Hell no…we would only be so lucky! Isn’t it always the case that the more horrid you are as a person the longer you are allowed to stay on earth to pester the hell out of the rest of us.

What I feel saddest about is knowing that the MJ I admired and loved has actually been dead for years and years. I just kind of prefer not to think too much about the man walking around in his body for the last 15 years or soà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ ¦

I said last night that I felt like a cold-hearted bitch because I felt we lost him a long time ago. Maybe now he’s finally free. His life was tragic, but that doesn’t take away from his genius. I have to say I was more of a Prince girl, though.

ROFL well it was the 80’s ROFL. I love his videos. He did a great job with them! I wish there was American Idol back then!!! I would vote for him!!

I’ve been rocking and dancing around to his music since last night…it is truly timeless. Referring to my previous statement, he will live on forever through his music.

All that said, he was obviously a tortured soul. I hope that he finally finds the peace in the next life that he didn’t find in this one.

When was the last time he did a tour? Also, when was the last time he preformed live?

Sorry Diddy, I’m not listening to anything that includes that abusive animal Chris Brown.

You are so right he never got a childhood and he was that product. I am surprised he lasted as long as he did.

Here is an interview with a Dr. Steve Garner from NY Methodist Hospital from Fox News. He is basically saying if the Dr. did indeed inject MJ with Demerol then a crime has been committed and that had he been given a simple immediate injection of Narcan (sp?) that this could have possibly reversed the reaction.

Now enlarge that stress a hundred fold, and have “everyone” pulling at your hem for attention (fans, associates, advisors, producers, record execs, staff, your family (especially dear old Dad). I bet there were times Michael went “walk-about” not for hours, but for days or months. Add to that a child-like innocence and the inability to fully “reason” things out because you never had those type of “growing up lessons” when you were a kid because you were never a Kid…you were a money factory for your Dad from the age of 4.

Michael just wore out and whatever “drugs” he was taking weren’t the ’cause of death….his worn out SOUL was. Mentally we can only push ourselves so far before everything just wears out.

Frankly I donà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t see a point in the investigation, drugs didnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t kill Michael, they just finished him off. Whatever killed Michael happened decades ago, not yesterday.

Well, even if that was the case, our society has enough anti-Kevorkian type rules on the books to make any doctor who participates in any death that has a whiff of euthanasia in it to a rather hellish life. Or, for the sake of argument, let’s just assume the doctor made an honest mistake or bad medical decision…his name is still MUD. The press is never going to let this go, hell, I think people are still checking the building for Elvis.

I think that is what has made me so sad today. Didnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t we all really think it would end this way? Werenà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t all the strange personality tics and choices signs of a truly troubled person? And even more sad, it doesnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t sound like anyone could have done anything to really help him. Granted, these are rumors, but the details of drug abuse and even interventions are starting to surface. Ità ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s truly become such a cliche how many celebs disintegrate into a life of drug abuse and self destruction. A cliche, but no less heartbreaking. And this poor boy didnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t seem to have a chance, what with his upbringing and seemingly very senstive sensibility.

It’s probably just me, and I KNEW the man had his issues, I did, but I just didn’t see his life ending in an untimely death. Maybe it’s just my way of thinking but when there are people I look up to, I just expect to possibly look up to them forever, for my life span. I know that’s foolish, naive, and just flat out stupid. I knew the man couldn’t live forever, but I expected him to live to be older than 50. 50 is too young. 50 means he still had some great left in him. I knew he was troubled. I knew there were issues underlying that were never brought to the surface and I did worry about him. Heck, I didn’t even think he looked good in the past few years(but a lot of that might have been his physical appearance contributing to that fact) but I just didn’t expect this to happen so soon in my lifetime.

Or maybe I’m just an optimist. Sometimes celebrities and their lifestyles seem so outlandish that I sometimes am surprised some of them live through the choices they make, and maybe I really did think of Michael Jackson as invincible. Foolish I know.
