   MJ has been making a lot of appearances in Australia and apparently in one said he’ll be going to Ellen’s 50th birthday party on Sat. He’s a busy boy. He said in one interview that he hasn’t slept for the past 4 weeks.

   If anyone’s interested in seeing some of them TWOP’s MJ thread has a lot of links and there’s also an Michael Johns online fan forum (just google it).

   Ellen’s birthday is in January. Why would she have a birthday party Saturday? Maybe Michael was confused. The Chicago show was taped on Saturday, right?

   I don’t know, Gabam, but he clearly talks about it in the Kerri-Anne interview. It’s beyond cute seeing him so excited about being on Ellen and the Correspondents dinner meeting who he did. His mom joins him and is talked into singing a couple of lines. When asked what he’d buy when he makes it, he says he always promised to buy his mom and stepdad a house.

   He’s not mistaken about the party. He didn’t say anything about being on the special so may be just going to the party afterward.

   DeGeneres turned 50 in January (08), but she’ll officially celebrate her landmark birthday on 10 May (08) with a TV special.
