He said that he’d be there on Tuesday and performing on Wednesday on the finale. I doubt he’ll perform on Tuesday, but you never know.
Did I read here that Taylor said he’d be there both days?

I believe it was clarified that he would be there two days, but will ONLY be in the audience on Tuesday night… I may be wrong though…

Somewhat off topic, but Idol related. I just finished watching the AI1 finale on AI Rewind. Has anyone heard if the Idol machine is going to start up with AI2 next, or wait till this fall to start all over?

I wondered the same thing, meme. I haven’t heard anything about whether it’s going to go straight to season 2 or take a hiatus. I hope they do keep going. It’s fun to watch, ESPECIALLY since I’m not getting invested in voting and such. LOL. :)

Oh,mj,if you are getting videos, nobody has posted a video of “Alright”. I really like that one.
This is totally OT, but I went outside and found a baby bird that had fallen out of its nest and was being attacked by ants. So, I got rid of the ants and scooped the baby bird up in a coffee filter. (*shrugs* It’s shaped somewhat like a nest.) So, any suggestions what to do now? I haven’t the foggiest clue…

I had a whole nest of babies that were in a tree that was planted by the city. Mother bird couldn’t find them, of course. I called my vet and he said to bring them there. He apparently had connections with a bird rescue group. They feed and take care of the babies until they can be on their own.
db….feed it cat food….on your finger tip…wet cat food, like a fancy feast …not a chunky one or anything.
chances are good this bird will die, sorry…but that is my suggestion.
June 5th is when Canadian Idol starts here (I wonder if I’ll see Ricky) and then So You Think You Can Dnace starts so I definately don’t have a shortage of reality shows for me to waste brain cells on!

I’ve made the bird a makeshift nest and placed it as close to the nest as I possibly can in hopes that the mother bird finds it, per an Audubon Society website. It’s very close to my window, where quite a few birds tend to congregate, so I can keep an eye on it. If that doesn’t work, I’ll call my local vet tomorrow.

db.. Good luck with the baby bird.. I had three baby birds in my chimney several years ago, they fell out of the nest and landed in the fireplace…. It was the night before my youngest daughter got married.. We were up almost all night trying to rescue the birds and keep the cat away from them..It was terrible. I’ve since capped my chimney.

Well, it’s possible, but last year they only had Daniel Powter on to sing his song on Tuesday. They don’t actually do a “Bad Day” video for the runner-up. Last year, as Daniel sang (at the end of the show), they played clips of the season.
Who knows what they will do this year?…but apparently, “the Chris Insider” has said that Daughtry will only be on the show on Tuesday. For what it’s worth.
