Scotty McCreery, Haley Reinhart, Lauren Alaina Homecoming Schedules

The American Idol 10 Top 3, Scotty McCreery, Haley Reinhart, and Lauren Alaina are jetting their way to their hometowns as we speak for their big Top 3 Idol celebrations.

They’ll be treated to a heroes welcome on Saturday as they participate in meet & greets, parades and a big concert to end the day.  Also, if past history holds up–at some point during their stay, they’ll learn what their judges’ choice song will be.  Check out the schedules below:

Scotty McCreery – Garner, North Carolina

Up to 30, 000 people are expected at Garner’s Lake Benson Park Saturday for Scotty’s homecoming celebration.  More information at WRAL

  • 8-9 am – Radio interviews
  • 9:30 am – AT&T Store visit, 7055 White Oak Road in Garner (probably where he’ll learn via text what his judges’ choice song will be)
  • 10: 30 am – Garner High School, 2101 Spring Drive
  • 1:40 – A visit to his ex-employer, at Lowes Foods, 1845 Aversboro Road
  • 2 pm – A short parade beginning at Lake Benson Park, 921 Buffaloe Road, ending at the concert stage.
  • 3 pm – Scotty will  is scheduled to perform with a surprise guest
  • 6 pm – NC State baseball game, 1081 Varsity Drive in Raleigh

Lauren Alaina – Chattanooga, Tennessee

    • 8:45 am- Lauren will make an appearance at the AT&T Retail store on Gunbarrel Road. If time allows, photos and interviews will be permitted.
    • 12- 2 pm – Parade from the North end of Walnut Street Bridge through the Coolidge Park. The Fort Oglethorpe Lakeview High School and Soddy Daisy High School bands will be performing in the parade. Meet and Greet will be in front of the stage following parade. Immediately after, Suddeth will sing several songs that will be covered on next week’s episode. The opening set will be performed by Suddeth’s vocal coach Karen Alayne, backed by the Taylor Reed Band.
    • 3 pm – Suddeth is grand marshal in a parade down Battlefield Parkway to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School. Parade begins at Office Depot, near intersection of Cross Street and Battlefield Parkway.
    • 3-7 pm – Ford Drive One For Your School fundraiser at LFO Campus. Ford will have 10-12 new cars on site. For every test drive in one of those cars, Ford will donate $20 to the school. Ford is one American Idol’s corporate sponsors.
    • 7:15 pm – Suddeth will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Lookouts baseball game at AT&T Field in downtown Chattanooga.

      Haley Reinhart – Wheeling, IL

      • 8:45 a.mAT&T store visit, 21690 W. Long Grove Road, Deer Park.
      • 9-11 a.mHaley will make a brief appearance at her alma mater, Wheeling High School, during its “Drive One 4 UR School” event, sponsored by Ford Motor Company. Those 18 and up may test drive one of 12 Ford vehicles to raise money for Wheeling’s music department. For every test drive done at the event, Ford will donate $20.
      • 4:30 p.mWheeling motorcade/ceremony. The motorcade will travel down Northgate Parkway to Wheeling’s Community Campus, 2 Community Blvd. A brief public reception will be held outside of Village Hall, where Village President Judy Abruscato will proclaim May 14 as “Haley Reinhart Day.” Fans are invited to bring signs of support for Haley. Parking will be available in the Metra lot and on the Community Campus.
      • 6:30pm – Mini-concert at Arlington Park. Gates open at 11:15 am. First race at 1 pm. Haley’s performance at 6:30 pm. Free admission for performance. Ticket required for admission.
