This. Victor is probably fighting it out with Kevin and Channing with Noelle for spots on the tour at this point. Although that Paso with Legacy and Kathryn could be problematic their past performances will give the judges plenty of room to keep them in if they want to.

I see I am not the only one that feels this way. If they went home, I wouldn’t be surprised. I figure the couple next week who just misses the TOP 10 may be invited on the tour, as sometimes happens. So, maybe next week it will be a Hip Hop guy?

I don’t understand Kevin and Karen going first again. Are this dances really hand-picked?

Just an aside- Jakob seems out of place in this season’s cast. His quiet yet sincere personality combined with his superior dance skills makes him seem like a natural fit for the season 5 cast this past summer.

Yeah, I agree with this. This is not SYTYCD best season of dancers. There are some gems, Jakob, Russell, Ellenore, etc. But I thought the dancers were better last season by far.

Jakob and Ashleigh will be out of their comfort zones. I hope they pull it off.

My guess is that Nappy Tabs will give these 2 a “lyrical hip hop” piece, like Chelsea & Mark’s Bleeding Love, heavy on storyline & acting, light on actual hip hop, and these 2 will be fine. Besides, Jakob is their golden child.

Didn’t Russell already do a Foxtrot ‘“ with Melanie filling in for Noelle? Or was it a different ballroom dance? Hmmmm’ ¦.

Yes Russell had the foxtrot the first week with Melanie cause Noelle was injured. As someone else said I smell a setup because why would they give him this again. If it was because Noelle couldn’t do it just give a them different ballroom dance we don’t care that Noelle didn’t do it now. Yeah these dances are all picked at “random” huh!

I’m wondering if Victor and Channing might be getting one of Tyce’s uninspired fluff pieces. Generally, good Tyce=contemporary, evil Tyce=Broadway and jazz. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nigel and Mary pick up the “technically proficient but not enough performance/emmotion” line of B.S. again. They were selling it hard last week but it didn’t really jive with the performance we saw.

While I think Legacy can handle the attitude of a Paso, I’m not sure he’ll be able to pull off the correct posture with his limited background. I hope he can do it justice.

Judging by how “mean” Laurieann was during Vegas week she could have those kids in tears during their segment.

After all the berating of Nathan by Nigel last week and the pair get Pop Jazz, a crowd-pleasing style that you can only screw-up by tripping over your feet.

True, but if there actually is any kind of attitude or work ethic problem, I’m guessing that Laurieann Gibson will flail it out of them? Maybe that’s the idea.

Despite my dislike for Mollee and Nathan, I am looking forward to Laurie Ann Gibson’s pop jazz routine. Her pop jazz routine last season was one of my favorites.

Also anticipating to see how Legacy will do with the paso routine.
