101 use for ducktape to keep things in place..

I know off sence a humor and watched “Animal House” too many times. The outfits of some Idol brings back a memory of a certain scene from the movie of a possible reaction of a few watchers.Check out 4:44.

Wowie kazowie - I am glad her hair is back to its natural state. She looks much prettier, yes, I can look that far up - I am not a man. She sure can fill out a dress cant she. Very pretty dress.

  4. 4 Paula Jul 20th, 2008 at 6:13 pm

What kind of dress is that for a concert with a bunch of kids?

  5. 5 Layla Jul 20th, 2008 at 6:21 pm

She is a beautiful girl, but I’m gonna get a little catty and say that I am quite sure that she paid for those boobs she is flashing!

Oh yes, Syesha was boobalicious last night. I am not a prude by any stretch, but even I leaned over and said to my mom “Isn’t this a family show???”

  7. 7 Suzanne Jul 20th, 2008 at 9:17 pm

that’s funny. I clicked through to make a comment about her outfit, and every comment is about her outfit! Poor Syesha–we’re so blinded by her breasts and thighs we forgot to listen to her sing.

  8. 8 skylight1219 Jul 20th, 2008 at 9:25 pm

She’s like KFC chicken, breasts and legs. Don’t think too many care much about her singing.

The boobage definetly is a little much and as well as I like all the guys, I wouldn’t want to see half their wankers sticking out. COVER THEM UP a little Syesha!

Suesha blogs (a long one) again. Oh lo!

…SOmething funny happened last night…a guy took a picture with me at meet and greet and said Oh lo…I asked him where did he get that from and he said Ramiele. Mmmmmmm….I thought. I was for sure he knew that was my words. But, nope he thought she made it up. Yup… . I’ve been using the phrase since I met my fiancee. He use to do goofy things to make me laugh and I created this crazy sound with the words Oh lo……because the sound was very close to what he was chanting when he was being all crazy. Since Rami was my roomie since Hollywood week, she was very familiar with it because every time I spoke with my finacee on the phone she would hear the crazy phrase being repeated over and over again. She took a liking to it and started saying it as well. Since I was pretty much a mute for the first half of the show everyone thought she made it up. I joke around with Rami about this all the time….We have a good laugh…everyone time we are together and someone says….. I thought Ramiele made that up. We look at each other and smile.

And because she said it back during top 24 in an interview everyone, well most of the public thinks she created it. NOpe. I did! Wow! I love Rami to death, but the creator of Oh lo is Syesha! :) Just makes you wonder how many things people get credit for that aren’t even the originators. The power of T.V. the power of editing. I’ve used the saying Oh lo a few times in interviews, but it was never shown. Rami said she would write a blog about how she did not create it, I wonder if she did? Oh lo lo lo…LOL. It’s all good though she my roomie for life and I love her, even if people think she made oh lo up. It happens…

Oh lo? Who CARES - that is a very weird blog

  12. 12 skylight1219 Jul 21st, 2008 at 1:51 am

Ye gads. If I didn’t like her before, I like her even less now. Oh lo! Who in the frickin’ world cares? Is it any wonder that most of the idols didn’t “get” her as she said? I don’t get her, and, can’t stand her self-centerness. I hope she finds a pan in which to flash after her 15 minutes are up.

Syesha dresses pretty much the same way a lot of other singers do — see: Beyonce, Rihanna, etc. Plus, she can carry it (or them) off :wink_ee:

  14. 14 dancin Jul 21st, 2008 at 4:32 am

oh lord i like her even less now and i didnt think that was possible…. i always knew it was her thing… why doesnt she trademark it cuz its gonna be sooooo big lol

  15. 15 Layla Jul 21st, 2008 at 5:34 am

She sounds like some of the teens I teach…adament about getting credit for something trivial because it’s so important to them be recognized…these are usually the teens who have social difficulties and is sign of a combination of insecurity and arrogance angst.

I really think she is the most beautiful of all the girls, but I really just cannot connect with her. Her only small saving grace for me is that she seems to sincerely like Cookie, and he her. I remember reading in one of her first blogs that DC was waiting backstage with her before she went on because she was so nervous…shows that there is definately a supportive friendship there.

Wow. My dad would never let me out of the door looking like that.

  17. 17 GEEK4VOCAB Jul 21st, 2008 at 5:55 am

Okay I was holding back but this latest blog is just NUTS. She is full on crazy! I have always found her to be very FAKE… all of her little behind the scenes things always seemed so… ACTED.

I feel like she needs everything to be all about her and I seriously don’t even know how she got to the top three because I don’t know a single person who voted for her except for maybe a handful of posters on the AI boards.

She has a nice voice but barely measures up to ANY of the many divas she is copying. Mostly she shrieks with no emotion behind it.

And wearing lingerie on stage is just desperate.

That is just an opinion. But I just had to stay it. Whew! I feel better now.

  18. 18 purplesmile Jul 21st, 2008 at 6:08 am

Whoa! I actually enjoyed that (the performance, not the blog). It even gave me goosebumps in parts (something I never got from any of her AI performances).

  19. 19 Jolene Jul 21st, 2008 at 6:18 am

Wow, I really dislike Syesha after reading this blog. How self-centered can you be? Damn.
I mean, she wasn’t my favorite by any means before, but this is so freaking strange and offputting. ugh.

  20. 20 lala Jul 21st, 2008 at 9:22 am

I have always found her to be very FAKE… all of her little behind the scenes things always seemed so… ACTED.

That is exactly how I always felt about her–that she was always acting, saying what she thought people wanted to hear, or what she thought would make her sound good, and it always came across as contrived.

And that blog entry just confirms it–holy cow. Who the freak cares about oh lo AT ALL, let alone enough to write 2 paragraphs about it? Yikes.

Syesha is a girl who needs major attention, and she is not a good enough actress to hide it.

  21. 21 purplesmile Jul 21st, 2008 at 9:51 am

Who the freak cares about oh lo AT ALL, let alone enough to write 2 paragraphs about it?

That’s it. It was too long. Had she written one snarky/funny line about it, it would have been fine and could have gotten her point across.

  22. 22 waffle Jul 21st, 2008 at 10:31 am

But why even bother to take time to let the public know she came up with that line? Honestly, she sounded sooo childish in her blog. (This wasn’t all she talked about. In an earlier paragraph, she talks about her mic fiasco, how it was so dark where they lay all the mics of the idols that she inadvertently picked up another idol’s mic, that because of the whole mess, there’s now a light next to the place where all the mics are. Is this her way of saying she took one for the team?) Anyway, I was cringing the whole time I was reading her update, and now I’m afraid to see what she comes up with in her next one.

  23. 23 IGetCranked Jul 21st, 2008 at 10:40 am

I feel sorry for her in a way because in all probability, she is insecure from her father’s struggles. It is hard growing up like that but she needs to think twice before she hits the submit button.

She seems to fret and worry about everything. I don’t think I would want to be on the bus with her.

  24. 24 purplesmile Jul 21st, 2008 at 10:48 am

But why even bother to take time to let the public know she came up with that line?

It must have been eating her up. That Rami. Grrrrr!!! lol

I’ve used the saying Oh lo a few times in interviews, but it was never shown.

I think I remember hearing it in at least one of her interviews on the show, though…

  29. 29 IGetCranked Jul 21st, 2008 at 2:05 pm

    *bows to whoever made it*

I read the blog to hubby and showed him the picture and he had this horrified look on his face and said, ” I wouldn’t want credit for that!”
