The Voice 9 winner, Jordan Smith, revealed happy news on New Year’s Day, 2016. He and his girlfriend of more than 3 years, Kristen Denny, got engaged.
The singer posted a photo on twitter, with the caption, “RINGING in the new year with my future wife! She said YES! #Mr&MrsSmith.”

Congratulation to the happy couple! Kristen, also from Kentucky, was by Jordan’s side during his blind audition, and supported him every step of the way. “It’s so full circle,” Jordan told People magazine after his win. “She’s so happy for me and she knows this is exactly what I’ve dreamed about.”

After host Carson Daly declared Jordan the winner of The Voice, Kristen “came on stage and hugged me and just told me, ‘This is it,'” he said. “That was such a special moment.”
Kristen, also a singer, has “been through it all with me and has been such a big support and foundation,” said Jordan.

Despite a hectic The Voice schedule, Jordan didn’t forget Kristen’s birthday last month. “A new @katespadeny bag earlier this week and these beautiful roses delivered to work today…” Kristen captioned an Instagram photo. “I’m definitely a lucky girl! Blessed to have a wonderful man in my life who is so good to me! I love you, sweetheart!!”
