re the native american question…i remember during season five, on the ai boards, the subject of a taylor/elvis resemblance was brought up and someone mentioned that it might be because they both are part cherokee on their mom’s side…

Elliott’s AOL First Listen thingy has been posted here, right?
I am LOVING “You Are The One” (moreso than “Movin’ On”). It sounds really, really good. I hope that becomes his next single.
“You are the One” is quickly growing on me. I like the complete version of Movin’ On too.
I wasn’t sure how I felt just from the snippets. And I loved when Elliott sang ASFY on AI so I couldn’t be happier he’s going to include a cover.
No wonder there was sooo much flames going on when ever Chris was on the stage. Nigel Lythgoe said his favorite Idol contestant last season was Chris Daughtry.

Chris was Nigel’s favorite idol??? Well DUH , all you have to do is observe what has happened since AI5 ended. If they choose a song from Chris’s cd to be the boot song that will confirm it. I won’t bother to vote this year because obviously it’s meaningless.
You people amaze me on the whole Abba thing! I’m an old man at 43,LOL, and have actually seen them perform live in 1980.They sound incredible live! Listen to their earlier work on the Waterloo album or Ring, Ring album before they became a product of their own disco-harmonic sound.While were at it, how about a Gordon Lightfoot or Fleetwood Mac week?!
