After David doused him in Silly String he said, “Can you guys take me seriously now?” Uh… we couldn’t take you seriously before, Mike!

I didn’t notice that David went and shaved himself a matching stache, of the handlebar variety, between Billie Jean and PDSTM.

I’m just glad he is now clean-shaven. Sort of. The boy scruffs up pretty quickly.

Every Idol gave 100% of themselves on Saturday night, then they reached deep inside and pulled out another 100%. They laid it all out for us to see on that stage. Not one had an *off night*. They were all in the zone. It was fantastic. I wish I could buy a cd of it, lol.

I talked to Cass yesterday on the phone and she was talking about the church/star lady too. She was dead serious, that lady scared her, lol. She was worried about her state of mind and that she was right behind her. hahahaha.

I told her na the lady was just having fun in her own way and felt free enough to express it. I actually love seeing people that free!

He was emotional & for this one glorious night, he was ours! We hung onto every syllable that came from David. We noted it in our brains, opened the doors to our hearts & stored it in there for safe keeping to be brought out later when we needed something special. David getting choked up pretty bad at the end of Hello tonight & all it means & the tour/idol & all it means blazed hot & heavy through his veins.

The concert was so wonderful! Reading it back now, I wish I had spoken more on how Carly’s *Crazy on You* touched me. I can’t get the song out of my head. It was flawless. Her vocal strength is out of this world, her phrasing is spot on. I hope Carly leans towards these types of songs because she is a natural with this type. Carly just sang the living hell outta that song. Wowser. During this song I forgot I was at a AI concert & this was a cover. She totally owned Crazy on You and for me that is saying alot since Crazy on You is from my generation and I love the song.
