William Balfour Formally Indicted in the Jennifer Hudson Family Murders

A murder indictment has been issued against the man accused of killing the mother, brother and nephew of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson.No new details are offered in Tuesday’s indictment against 27-year-old William Balfour, who’s facing first-degree murder and home invasion charges.
Balfour is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister. He has pleaded not guilty in the deaths of Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, her brother, Jason Hudson, and 7-year-old Julian King.
At a brief hearing Tuesday, defense attorney Joshua Kutnick asked the judge if Balfour can be moved from a state prison to Cook County to make communicating with his counsel easier.
The judge put off ruling on that decision until a Jan. 20 court hearing.
A few more steps closer to justice for Jennifer Hudson and her family…

May justice be served.
A perfect case for the death penalty…. please rid society of this sorry piece of human debris. Every time I think about that poor child and what he must have gone through, it makes my blood boil. I hope the justice system will off that SOB.
This story still makes me very emotional. I hope this bastard suffers the worst way imaginable.
It is an awful thing that happened to the family I fallowed it on CNN also the Christmass masacer where a guy dressed as Santa killed 9 family memebers then burned the house down..It was a domestic abuse case. He took shot himself.I hope the members find some peace and get the emmotional support needed. Thier allot nasty things out thier done by people..but also on this blog I learned poeple with big hearts and shoulders also.

Never have being a supporter or death penalty, because I think that is just to easy on the criminal…I would raether see him suffer for all his life in prission…
Good for her… I just hope whetever she choose to do, she doesn ´t push herself so hard….
