X Factor’s Only The Young have been signed and have a debut single
X Factor’s Only The Young have signed a deal with Warner Music, the group have revealed.
The talented four piece have penned a contract and will release a debut single later this year.
Taking to Twitter this week, the group announced: “DELIGHTED to announce that this summer we will be releasing our debut single with Warner Music Group – Can’t wait.”
Only The Young’s debut single is called I Do and they’ve already recorded the music video, which has been directed by the same team behind One Direction.

Leona Lewis “I Am” set to release on September 11th
“I Am” is the upcoming fourth studio album, and fifth overall, by British singer-songwriter and The X Factor winner Leona Lewis. This becomes the first release under Universal Music’s Island Records UK and Def Jam, after breaking her deal with Syco Music/Sony Music in 2014.
The album is scheduled to be released on digital retailers on 11 September 2015, preceded by the lead single, a Toby Gad-penned track “Fire (Under My Feet)“.

The boys of One Direction were some of the biggest stars of the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 17), winning multiple trophies while also making their first awards show appearance as a quartet. We caught up with 1D backstage, who told us about their “new songs, new vibe” and the fan push to make the Four highlight “No Control” a single.
“We’ve been working on the album for a while,” Niall Horan told Billboard, “and then we came out here a couple of weeks ago to go in with our regular producer and songwriters that we always work with. So we’ve spent a bit of time out here writing some new stuff and recording at the same time.”

One Direction had a triumphant night at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The X Factor 2015 judges’ houses could see a rather dramatic change.
The penultimate stage before the finals is set to undergo a makeover this year that will see it become a LIVE episode.
The nail-biting climax to the audition process often sees plenty of emotions (who can forget THAT reaction from Rylan Clark?) as the judges reveal who they’ve chosen for the live shows.
According to the Daily Mirror, bosses are planning to reveal the results live from the usual exotic locations across the world, if the budget will allow it.

Simon Cowell has denied axing Louis Walsh from The X Factor panel, at least for the time being.
It’s been rumoured that Simon is panicking over not being able to sign up stars for this year’s panel and he’s admitted that nothing is official yet in a new interview.
Speaking to the Radio Times about Louis’ widely reported exit in particular, Simon insisted: “Louis is a great friend and a brilliant judge but we really still haven’t made any final decisions.
“And just to be clear, when they say, ‘Cowell wields axe!’ I’m not the only one making the decision – there’s about 30 people involved.”
It was claimed earlier this year that it’s ‘95% certain’ Louis won’t be returning to the panel after eleven years behind the judges desk, with only the lack of a suitable replacement seeing him back.

This year’s X Factor 2015 judging line up will see Cheryl Fernandez-Versini as the only women, according to the latest reports.
The X Factor rumour mill continues today with claims that show bosses will sign up two guys to join the show alongside Simon Cowell and Cheryl.
According to The Sun newspaper, Radio 1 Breakfast DJ Nick Grimshaw is “all but signed” while talks are under way to secure the fourth and final member of the panel.
“Ever since the panel moved from three to four judges there have been two men and two women, but it looks like that is going to change,” a source said today. “[Simon] will definitely be back, as will Cheryl. Grimmy’s just a formality, so the X Factor team is currently searching for a really big-name male.”

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has apparently blocked a possible return to The X Factor for Nicole Scherzinger.
That’s according to Louis Walsh, who says that Cheryl ‘won’t allow’ Simon Cowell to sign up the American singer to this year’s show.
Louis said this weekend: “Cheryl’s got a job! Why won’t she let Nicole be on the panel this year? Why won’t she allow Simon to have Nicole on the panel?”
He told he Sun on Sunday newspaper: “There’s your f***ing story. That’s the truth. Because Nicole’s good. She won’t sign if Nicole signs.
“I thought Nicole would be great to get back. I really do. If I was going to hire any female, it would be her.”
