The American Idol Top 24 has been revealed, and now it’s on to TWO weeks of performances, including solos and celebrity duets! The Top 24 will be split in half, with 12 performing this week and 12 performing next week.

Here’s what American Idol viewers can expect over the next couple of weeks.
On Sunday April 8 and April 15, IHeartRadio media personality Bobby Bones will mentor the contestants before they hit the stage to sing solos. On Monday April 9 and April 16, the singers will team up for performances with celebrity duet partners. All performances were taped LIVE in front of a studio audience at the Exchange LA.
This week (April 8 and 9), the following twelve semi-finalists will perform along with their celebrity duet partners:
Brandon Diaz with Luis Fonsi, Cade Foehner with Bishop Briggs, Catie Turner with Andy Grammer, Dennis Lorenzo with Allen Stone, Dominique with Aloe Blacc, Gabby Barrett with Sugarland, Jonny Brenns with Andy Grammer, Kay Kay with Pat Monahan, Layla Spring with Sugarland, Michael J. Woodard with Pat Monahan, Michelle Sussett with Luis Fonsi, Trevor McBane with Bishop Briggs

Sidenote: The judges have already whittled the Top 24 down to a Top 14. And, I’m not entirely sure when the Top 14 will be revealed. ABC press materials have not been specific. In 2016, the seven singers moving on to the next round were revealed on Duets night, at the end of the episode. We’re updating the season schedule continuously!
