American Idol 2024 Spoilers Showstopper Round contestant and song list

UPDATE March 31: At the end of the Hollywood Week episode on Sunday, (Read our Recap) Ryan Seacrest referred to a Top 56, but this spoiler list has 57 names on it, which IdolSpoilers swears by. The only contestant without a song spoiler is confirmed for the round. So either somebody was bounced or disqualified between December and now, OR the show will surprise fans with an extra contestant tomorrow! OR the spoilers were wrong. Interesting, a few of the Showstopper contestants also referred to a Top 57 on their socials. I went through the list. The singers I couldn’t confirm via socials or from Sunday’s episode have asterisks next to their names.

The American Idol 2024 spoilers Showcase Round edition! The showcase round, which comes at the end of Hollywood Week, taped in front of a live audience on Sunday December 11. Here’s a list of contestants which is reportedly from a Top 57 via TheIdolpad.com (@IdolSpoilers on Twitter/X).

Notable: A three-peat? According to the spoilers, Alyssa Raghu is back for a THIRD run on American Idol. Previously, she made it really far, so weird that the show brought her back? She was Top 24 on season 16 and Top 8 on Season 17. Also, Hailey Mia, who finished in fourth place for Team Kelly Clarkson on The Voice season 21 in the fall of 2021 competed in the Showstopper Round, as did X Factor UK alum, Scarlett Lee who finished in second place on season 15 in 2018. And America’s Got Talent season 9 kid singer Quintavious Johnson (5th place).

UPDATED: Blake Busch provided some more info on returnees, including Jayna Elise Brown who finished AGT season 11 as a semi-finalist and America Idol 21 in the Top 55. Michael Rice represented the United Kingdom for Eurovision in 2019. He made it as far as the X Factor UK Season 11 Bootcamp, and won the first season of All Together Now.
