American Idol will feature 8 alums in an upcoming 19 Recordings showcase ahead of the CMA Festival
The American Idol record label, 19 Recordings is sponsoring an artist showcase titled “19 Takeover” on Wednesday June 7, ahead of the CMA Festival in Nashville.
Eight American Idol alums will perform at The Valentine beginning at 7 pm. The singers include season 21 winner, Iam Tongi, runnerup Megan Danielle, 2nd runner-up, Colin Stough and Top 8 finalist Haven Madison. The show will also feature 19 Recording artists Fritz Hager (Season 20), Grace Leer (Season 18), HunterGirl (Season 20 runner-up) and Noah Thompson (Season 20 winner).
19 Recordings sponsored a similar event last year featuring 10 artists who are all currently signed to 19, except for Allegra Miles. Fritz Hager who finished in fourth place has released a handful of singles so far on the label.
“Excited to share the stage w some good friends of mine, it’s a free show too so if you’re in Nashville, you better swing by!,” wrote Fritz on Instagram. “Come hang with me and some of my good friends next week!! It’s gonna be fun!,” wrote HunterGirl. “Can’t wait to kick off CMA fest on Wednesday at The Valentine with some of my friends!” wrote Noah.
