In addition to the official FIFA Women’s World Cup video, Nick Fradiani has released an official music video for his single, “Beautiful Life.”
The song, co-written by fellow Connecticut native, Chris Carrabba, from the rock band, Dashboard Confessional, was the American Idol 14 winner’s coronation single, which he is singing nightly on the American Idol Live 2015 tour.
The video follows Nick and a group of his close friends as they have one more day and night out in his home town. They break into a cool abandoned building, visit a local pizza place, have some beers in a local bar. It’s a typical night of small town shenanigans, cut with shots of Nick packing up to leave. It’s a poignant goodbye as the singer gets ready to embark on his new post-American Idol life.
It’s a scenario no doubt ripped out of the book of Nick’s life these last couple of months, as the singer/songwriter leaves home for a cross country tour with the Top 5 Idols, and subsequent debut album preparation in Los Angeles and Nashville.
