David is not only Movin’, he’s got a lot going on…
The news comes after David and his American Idol season 7 pal, David Cook. had a reunion on the golf course earlier this month.
Additionally, aside from the new single, David wrote a children’s book, titled My Little Prayer set to come out this year. The book can be pre-ordered HERE Those who pre-ordered will o be invited to an exclusive streaming performance and a chance to win a meet & greet. The book is based on David’s song of the same name, and teaches a lesson in faith and love.
Also, David made big headlines when he took the brave step to come out as LGBTQiA in a lengthy Instagram post last month. He also sat for an interview with ABC News, the segments which aired on Good Morning America and Nightline. As a person of faith, David still struggles with his sexuality, but he wants others in the same boat to know that they are loved and are OK exactly as they are.
“I do love the aspect of being proud of being who you are,” said David, “And that’s really the point of my post was to help people feel that love for themself and to be okay with themself.”
